Step 2 – Allow 48 working hours for our team to review your request.

Step 3 – Upon approval, we will arrange for our courier partner to collect the incorrect product from your location.

Step 4 – If reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area, we will assist you with an alternative return option.

Step 5 – Once the incorrect product is received and verified, we will ship your replacement (subject to stock availability) or process a refund.

• Perishable items that have been consumed

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

We may offer FREE shipping on orders above a minimum order value (subject to change). Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders. Shipping charges shown at checkout will be considered final.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect details due to an error, Siddheshwar Spices reserves the right to cancel or refuse the order unless it has already been shipped. In such cases, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel the order and notify you accordingly.

An order is considered accepted only once the product is dispatched. Until dispatch, we reserve the right to modify pricing or cancel the order with proper notification.

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
